Site3D has been doing business since 2019 serving electronic 3D data to contractors, engineers, and surveyors. We start with the estimating team, helping them obtain better knowledge of the projects materials with 3D surfacing increasing productivity and cost savings moving material right the first time.
When the project is awarded, we build a full site earthwork model for machine control and other site survey equipment.
We can do various custom request to simplify portions of the project like footing digs, wall designs, sub grade, finish grade, survey point files, etc. When modeling the project, we inform clients of possible site issues found before they break ground preventing production delays. As the project is moving forward, we will make model adjustments for any site changes. When it comes time to close out the project, we can obtain files from the data collectors to put electronic as-builts together for the final submittal.
